What information do I need to provide?
You'll need employee names (required) and dates of birth (optional but recommended for better accuracy).
How much does ScreenMyTeam cost?
Our service costs $50 per month, which includes one comprehensive employee check per month for up to 1,000 employees.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use enterprise-grade security including data encryption, secure connections, and strict access controls. We never share your data with third parties.
What databases do you check against?
We check against FBI Most Wanted, Sex Offender Registry, OFAC Sanctions, HHS OIG Exclusions, UN Sanctions, and state-specific sanctioned provider lists.
How long do you keep my data?
We retain your screening data for compliance purposes. You can request data deletion by contacting support.
What file format should I use for employee data?
Upload your data as a CSV file with columns for "name" (required) and "dob" (optional). We provide a template to help format your data correctly.
How often can I perform checks?
You can perform one comprehensive check per month. This allows you to screen all your employees regularly while keeping costs predictable.
What do the confidence scores mean?
Confidence scores indicate how closely an employee matches a record in our databases. Higher scores suggest stronger matches, but manual verification is always recommended.
I'm having trouble uploading my CSV file
Make sure your CSV file has the correct format with "name" and "dob" columns. The file should be under 10MB and contain no more than 1,000 employees.
My check is taking a long time to process
Processing time depends on the number of employees. Most checks complete within a few minutes. If your check is stuck, please contact support.
I can't access my account
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you continue to have issues, contact support.
