By accessing and using ScreenMyTeam, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

ScreenMyTeam provides employee background screening services by checking submitted employee data against various databases including but not limited to:

FBI Most Wanted
Sex Offender Registry
OFAC Sanctions
HHS OIG Exclusions
UN Sanctions
State-specific sanctioned provider lists

Subscription and Payment

Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis at $50/month
Each subscription includes one comprehensive check per month for up to 1,000 employees
Payment is processed automatically each month
You may cancel your subscription at any time
No refunds for partial months

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Not attempt to circumvent service limitations

Limitations and Disclaimers

Results are provided for informational purposes only
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of database information
Manual verification of results is recommended
False positives and false negatives may occur
Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
